The result of cooking marrow bones from grass fed cattle is a product with divine quality that contains around 80% of collagen (type I and III). Once the broth has finished cooking, it is spray-dried into powder. The bones that we use comes from grass fed swedish cattle.  

In humans collagen stands for an astonishing 30-35 % of the total protein which makes it the most present protein in the human body. The word collagen originates from the greek word for glue: kólla. A very suitable word since its often referred to as the "glue" that hold the body together. Collagen is found in hair, skin, nails, joints, ligaments, tendons and also in organs such as heart, lungs and liver. 

We can produce collagen in our body but meanwhile we are producing it there is a constant degradation as well. The degradation of collagen will remain but our bodies capacity to produce collagen will drop with a rising age.
